Rexy made an appearance with the team from Anytime Fitness Hilcrest in Spartanburg during the American Society for Suicide Prevention, Out of the Darkness Community Walk, at Duncan Park. Rexy was excited to be a part of bringing attention to this event. Unfortunately, for many people suicide seems like the only choice when facing difficult times. It is vital we care for each other and provide resources to help those in need during those dark times.
If you find yourself overwhelmed and no where to turn, please reach out for support. There are people who care and will help. Even Rexy needs someone to talk to every once in a while.
